Fill in all required details in the form, and verify before submitting.
Pay the required application fee of INR 1000 to successfully register for the entrance examination
Alternatively, the form can be bought and submitted at the college office itself along with all the required documents.

The required documents are:

Mark sheet of 10+2 or equivalent Examinations with 55% marks aggregate in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

Certificate from the Board showing that he/she has passed the High School/Higher Secondary Examination, containing his/her date of birth.
Migration Certificate from the School/Board last attended by him/her.
Caste or disability certificate if the candidate belongs to Scheduled Caste/Tribe/OBC/PWBD Category.

Eligibility Criteria

The candidate must have obtained a minimum of the following marks in aggregate in all the MBBS/BDS professional examinations

(i) For candidates belonging to the SC/ST Categories 50% marks in aggregate

(ii) For all other categories including OBC Category 55% marks in aggregate

(iii) For Persons with Bench-mark Disabilities [PWBD] candidates the minimum aggregate as provided in (i) and (ii) for the category to which the candidate belongs shall apply.
