Admissions to all courses are entrance based. The Entrance Test for admission to B.E. Lateral (SET-III), M.Sc. (SET-VI), MBA (SET-IV), Ph.D.(SET-V) will be held on 9th October, 2020. Besides this, admissions to B.E are on the basis of JEE Main, admissions for M.Tech on the basis of GATE, for M.Sc on the basis of CCMN Counselling, and for MBA on the basis of CAT, CMAT, or GATE. Dislikes

The syllabus is not according to the current syllabus of GATE. It contains subjects which are very impractical in nature. Overall, the course structure is very bad.
The internship experience is not good. Students have to go outside for internships. This program is not provided by the college. If any student wants an internship, he/she can contact companies, but the college is not responsible for that.

Admission:

For admission to the SLIET ICD program, there are entrance tests and the SET exam. There is minimum eligibility for the course is a 10th pass Its application form is given on its official website. There is a reservation in admission. For Punjab domicile, it is 75 percent. And 25 Percentage for other states.
