LPU Ph.D Fashion: Fees 2025, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

Eligibility For Indian Applicants:

• Pass with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks or equivalent grades prescribed by UGC in the master's degree* (2-year/4-semester master’s degree program after a 3-year bachelor’s degree Programme#) or equivalent in the relevant subject + LPUNEST + Interview

• The candidate who has completed 1-year/2-semester master's degree* program with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks or equivalent grades prescribed by UGC after a 4-year/8-semester bachelor’s degree is also eligible.
• A relaxation of 5% marks or its equivalent grade may be allowed for those belonging to SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer)/Differently-Abled, Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and other categories of candidates as per the decision of the Commission from time to time.

*Master's degree in Fashion (Design/Technology/Management) or relevant & equivalent 

Eligibility for International Applicants:

(All Applicants shall fulfill the English Language Requirement (ELR)

a) English as a subject in 10th or higher qualification

OR

b) Qualifying Exam in English Medium (need proof from student)

OR

c) IELTS / TOEFL / Cambridge English Certf.

• Pass with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks or equivalent grades prescribed by UGC in the master's degree* (2-year/4-semester master’s degree program after a 3-year bachelor’s degree Programme#) or equivalent in the relevant subject, subject to the approval of Research Proposal + online Interview + ELR
• The candidate who has completed a 1-year/2-semester master's degree* program with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks or equivalent grades prescribed by UGC after a 4-year/8-semester bachelor’s degree is also eligible.

Note:- For Part Time program, the candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of teaching/ industry experience at the time of submitting an application.
