Chitkara University BE FAQs

Ques. Is there any additional fee for BE program at Chikara University?

Ans. The students need to pay INR 20,000 towards ERP or Career Advancement Services (CAS) at the time of admission. Students who will continue in the 3rd year of the program at Chitkara University will be required to pay a nominal examination fee of INR 25,000 (per semester) for the 3rd & 4th year respectively and will graduate with a B.E degree in Software Engineering from Chitkara University.

Ques. Is TOEFL mandatory for admission to Chikara University?

Ans. The minimum score of 6.0 bands on the IELTS English proficiency test with no band less than 6 or TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) – score of at least 570 (or 230 if computer-based score), plus a minimum TWE (essay) score of 4.0, or IBT score of 88 with no section below 20 is mandatory.

Ques. Can I pay my BE fees in installments at Chitkara University?

Ans. No. the entire first-semester fee is to be paid on the day of counselling/admission and there is no provision for payment of fee in installments/parts.
