Ph.D. (Education) From SGBAU, Amravati

• Candidates are required to download the online application form available at the university website and fill it with all the relevant information
• Candidate must print the duly filled-in application forms and send it along with the processing fee in the form of Demand Draft (DD) to the university office. DD should be made in favour of “Registrar, Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, Amravati” and sent along with the completed application to the following address:

Enclosures:

• S.S.C. Mark sheet /S.S.C.  Certificate (Board)/ H.S.C. Mark sheet
• Marks sheet of all years of graduation degree/equivalent
• Marks sheet of all years of PG degree/equivalent
• Caste certificate
• NOC from a valid authority to prove that the candidate does not belong to creamy layer
• Two copies of Transfer certificate issued by Principal/ Head of Department of the institute last attended 
• Medical fitness certificate issued by the competent authority.
• No objection certificate from the concerned department in case is the candidate is working
• Passport size Photograph (self-attested)

Candidate must have passed graduation in the relevant stream from the recognized University.

Candidates shall be selected to the Ph.D./M.Phil. programme on the basis of the scores obtained in the entrance test, followed by the interview round.

Note: Candidates who have qualified UGC/CSIR (JRF) or possess regular M.Phil. degree in the relevant subject or teacher fellowship are not required to appear in the  Ph.D. Entrance/Aptitude Test. Selection of such candidates shall be based on the interview.
