Eligibility for the course is through entrance exams like JEE, AEROCET, and MHCET. Those who seek admission to ADYPU can go through their official website which has detailed information about their courses, internship, fee structure, faculty, and all other departments like hostel, sports, etc.
To take admission to ADYPU for B.TECH CSE, you must have 45% in physics, chemistry, and maths in 12th Boards and then you can apply from the official site. The application form costs 2000. The admission process was very easy and the admission staff was also quite friendly.
The admission process of the college was quite good as I expected. The proper step-by-step process and the department of first-year engineering are good. Line wise the students were sent to verify and do the process according. You can find the application at dypit campus erp site.
I Belong to the OMS(Outside Maharashtra State) Category, so our selection was solely based on the percentile we got in JEE & not on the MHT-CET Scores. I Scored 70%tile in JEE & 92.5%tile in MHT-CET which got me to Dr. D. Y. Patil Institute of Technology, Pimpri. I chose this college firstly because it was a decent college I could get into @ that poor JEE %tile and secondly because I wanted to get out of my home town & get to Pune City, this isn't exactly in Pune, but Pune ain't that far Either. The campus is Pretty small, I would like it if the campus was a little big, like at least 2-3 grounds, and 1 Auditorium where events can be held. The infrastructure is good, but just that the campus is small. No issue of transport whatsoever, you can come by Localtransport @ minimal costs, so a big plus point there. As u step outside of the college back Gate, you reach a PG area where many students live.
You can get addmission to this college through 2 entrance exams one is CET and the other is JEE. The eligibility criteria for the cet is you must score at least 45% in PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY, and MATHS in your board exam for the open category and 35% for other categories. In JEE you need 75% in PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY, and MATHS in all categories. You can find the application form and date on the official websites of CET & JEE.
