Darul Huda Islamic University is an Islamic University based at Malappuram in the state of Kerala. It was established as an Islamic academy in 1986 and was upgraded to Islamic university in 2009. It is a member of Federation of the Universities of the Islamic World and the League of Islamic Universities. There are 24 affiliated undergraduate colleges spread over different states of India including the States of Kerala, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, West Bengal, and Assam. The university offers UG and PG courses in the faculty of Shariah and Usul al-Din, Languages, Humanities, Da'wah and Islamic Culture, Tarbiya and Islamic Teachings.

Darul Huda Islamic University offers Diploma in IMAMS and B.A. degree courses at the undergraduate level. Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognized board to be eligible to apply for BA programs. Any candidates who have one-year experience, as an Imam or Khatib in a Muslim locality is eligible to apply for Diploma program.
Admission is done on the basis of marks scored in the qualifying marks and/or interview conducted by the University. Applicants will be called for admission process as per the merit list.

The University, Malappuram offers PG degree courses at the postgraduate level. Candidates must have bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject(s) obtained through the 10+2+3 system or an equivalent qualification to be eligible to apply for PG degree program.
Admission is done on the basis of marks scored in the qualifying marks and/or interview conducted by the University. The merit list will be prepared for all categories based on applicants’ marks at the graduation level. Applicants will be called for admission process as per the merit list.

Admission to M.Phil is done on the basis of marks scored in the qualifying marks and/or interview conducted by the University. Candidates will be called in for a Research Aptitude Test and Personal Interview for Ph.D admission conducted by the University. Based on the applicants’ performance in this test, they will be selected for the program.
