NIMHANS M.Phil Biophysics: Fees 2025, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

1. The candidates willing to apply for the courses offered by NIMHANS can only apply online.
2. The candidates will have to register and subscribe to the university website to get the application form.
3. Basic details and eligibility details should be filled correctly, any information if found incorrect may lead to rejection of application.
4. The candidates have to upload photographs, signatures and documents. After this, the candidates are required to make the payment and take the printout of the form.
5. The submission of Declaration Form is mandatory. The Declaration Form should be downloaded, filled, signed, scanned and uploaded
6. The application fee for candidates who fall under General category is Rs.1500/- and for candidates who fall under SC/ST category is Rs.1000/-.
7. Only using Credit Card/ Debit Card or Online Transfer can make the payment.

Candidate applying for admission in this program should have completed Post Graduation from a recognized university.

The university also offers courses like M.Phil, Ph.D. and PDF at Doctorate level. Students need to appear in an entrance exam which is conducted by the institute itself. The candidates have to secure at least 50% marks in the entrance in order to be eligible for the admission.

Candidates who have cleared UGC, CSIR, ICMR, DBT or equivalent exams or working as JRF/SRF are exempted from the entrance test. Such candidates need to appear in an interview round only.
