3. Candidate must remmit the entrance fee through DD which should be drawn in favour of 'Manipal University' payable at Manipal or Udupi. Both application number and name should be mentioned on the back of DD.
4. Candidates are not allowed to fold, staple or clip the form.
5. Candidates must keep a copy of the filled application for future reference.

Aspirants seeking admission to the Program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.

• Pass in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics & English from a recognized Board, with minimum 50 % aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and also 50 % aggregate marks or equivalent in 10+2 OR
  Pass in 3-year Diploma with Mathematics & English as compulsory subjects from a Central / State Government recognized Board, with at least 50 % marks in aggregate.
