Jammu University offers several courses at UG level. All the courses are offered for 3 years and in full time mode. B.A, B.Com, B.P.Ed, BBA, B.A LLB, LLB and B.Lib.Sc are provided by the university at UG curriculum. To be eligible for an undergraduate program students should pass 10+2 level with 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized board. For the LLB course, students need to pass graduation in any stream from a recognized university with 45% marks in aggregate. For admission, students need to appear in JUET and obtain a qualified score to be selected. The specialisations of UG program are given in tabulated format:

• For being eligible to any UG courses students are required to have 50% marks in aggregate at 10+2 level from a recognized board. 
• To be eligible for an LLB course, candidates need to have a bachelor's degree in any stream with 45% marks in aggregate from a recognized university.

University of Jammu UG Selection Process

Candidates need to appear in JUET and must obtain a qualified score to be selected. 

At PG domain, Jammu University offers several courses in copious disciplines. Some of the courses are M.A, M.Com, M.Sc, MBA, MCA etc. All these courses are provided for the duration of 3 years, in full time campus mode. The university demands at least a graduation degree in a relevant subject with 45% marks in aggregate to be eligible for a PG program. Candidates need to secure minimum 25% marks in JUET to be selected in a PG curriculum. For an MBA course, the university accepts CAT/MAT/CMAT score. • For being eligible to M.A, M.Sc, M.P.Ed courses students are required to have done bachelor's degree in relevant subjects. 
• For M.Com courses, candidates should have done graduation with 55% marks in aggregate to be eligible. 
• For MBM and M.Ed, students should pass graduation in BBM and B.Ed with 50% marks in aggregate to be eligible.

University of Jammu PG Selection Process

• Selection will be made on the basis of JUET performance. Students should score at least 25% marks in aggregate at JUET. 
• For admission to an MBA course, students should meet or exceed the minimum cut off marks of CAT/MAT/CMAT to be selected. 

At research based level, Jammu University offers PhD, M.Phil courses in History, Commerce, Chemistry, Biotechnology Mathematics and several other specialisations. For being eligible to any doctoral courses, students should have done a post graduation in the same field with 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized university. Selection will be done on the basis of secured merit in JUET. Few specializations of the courses are given below: 

University of Jammu PhD & M.Phil Eligibility

To be eligible for a PhD or M.Phil course, candidates need to pass graduation with 55% marks from a recognized university. 

University of Jammu PhD & M.Phil Selection Process 

Selection would be based on the score of the entrance exam conducted by the university. An applicant must secure 50% marks in aggregate for being selected for an M.Phil or PhD course.

Along with all the UG, PG and Doctoral programs the university has a PG Diploma course to offer. The course is offered in multiple specializations. Students wishing for being eligible to any PG Diploma course, must pass graduation in relevant disciplines from a recognized university. Admission will be granted on the basis of JUET performance.
