Ganpat University Admission 2024: Courses, Fees, Placements, Review

Ganpat University offers a four-year B.Tech program for which admission is based on candidates score in Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) or JEE Main. Candidates applying for B.Tech program must have passed 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and Chemistry/ Computer/ Biology as optional subjects. Minimum 40% aggregate marks must be scored by the applicants in the qualifying examination.

Key Points:

• As per the rules of State government, for lateral entry admissions to direct third semester, applicants must possess Industrial Training Institute (ITI) certificate.
• 25% of the total seats in each course will be reserved as Management Quota/ NRI Quota seats which will be filled on merit basis.

Selection Process: GUJCET- 2021 will be the basis of admission to B.Tech program.

GUNI offers two-year Master’s program in Technology and Pharmacy in a wide array of specializations. Candidates with B.E/ B.Tech are eligible to apply for the M.Tech program.

Selection Process: Admission to M.tech program will be granted on the basis of GATE score followed by ACPC counselling.

BBA: Admission to BBA program are spot based.

Master of Management Studies: MMS admission will be granted on the basis of written process from GNU.

MBA: MBA admissions will be on the basis of ACPC counselling.

The university offers courses Bachelor’s in Architecture and Design under its UG wing. Admissions to B.Arch will be through counseling conducted by ACPC based on candidate’s score in National Aptitude Test for Architecture (NATA). Candidates applying for admissions to Bachelor’s in Design must appear for Ganpat University Design Aptitude Test (GNUDAT).

Selection Process:

B.Sc: Admissions to the B.Sc program will be granted on the basis of merit of the Entrance test conducted by Ganpat University.

B.Arch: Admissions to B.Arch will be through counseling conducted by ACPC based on candidate’s score in National Aptitude Test for Architecture (NATA).

B.Des: Candidates applying for admissions to Bachelor’s in Design must appear for Ganpat University Design Aptitude Test (GNUDAT).

B.Pharma: Candidate should appear in GUJCET exam of the current admission year and admission will be as per ACPC admission guidelines.

GUNI offers a two-year Master’s program in Pharmacy in a wide array of specializations. Applicants must hold B.Pharm degree as minimum educational qualification requirement for admission to M.Pharm. The duration of M. Pharma program is 2 years. 

Further, Ganpat University offers PG Degree in a spectrum of disciplines of Science, Commerce, Social Work, Arts and Computer Applications. Admissions to M.Sc., M.Com, MSW, M.A and MCA courses are based on merit list as per the candidate’s score in qualifying examination.

For M.Sc, courses candidates must have scored minimum 55% in Bachelor’s in Science in aggregate. Only those candidates who hold BCA / B.Sc. (IT/ CS) with Mathematics in class 12th are eligible to apply for MCA program. Applicants with graduation degree in any field can apply for Masters in English and Social Science.

For 75% Seats : State Quota through Online admission process on website : www. gujacpc.nic.in

For 25% Seats : Management Quota through MQ form filling downloaded from university website.

MSW: Spot Admission

M.Sc : Applicants having an aggregate of more than 55% mark will be offered spot Admissions.

M.Pharma: As per the score in GPAT followed by ACPC Counselling.

Ganpat University offers Ph.D in both online and offline modes. Part time scholars can also seek admission as independent scholars when they fulfil the eligibility condition stated in Ph. D. Regulation and having at least 10 years of teaching/research/professional experience with at least 05 publications in referred journals. 

Note: A Relaxation of 5% of marks from 55% to 50%, or an equivalent relaxation of grade, may be allowed for those belonging to SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer)/Differently-Abled and other categories

Selection Process:

Admission to Ph.D program will be granted on the basis of Entrance exam conducted by the university followed by an interview. This test consists of 2 sections.

Section A: Research Methodology- 50 Marks

Section B: Subject specific

Part 1: MCQs - 25 Marks

Part 2: 5 Descriptive type questions- 25 Marks

Personal interview

GUNI will conduct a personal interview for those candidates who will qualify the Entrance test.

• Candidates with minimum 50% marks score in Entrance Test will be eligible for Personal Interview.
• Relaxation of 5% Marks (from 50% to 45%) shall be given for SC/ST/OBC (Non-creamy layers) Differently-abled category. (Proof of Category is essential)
• Applicant who has qualified and with prescribed validity in UGC-NET (including JRF/SLET/GATE/GPAT/Teacher fellowship holder) the additional 5% marks shall be given in Entrance Test. (Proof is essential) 
• The detailed schedule of Personal Interview will be placed on Ganpat University website after declaration of Entrance Test result

Admission Procedure: Applications for Ph.D program are invited online. Interested candidates can visit the official website of the University.

3.  Upload the scanned copy of the marksheets/certificate.

   2.  Degree certificate of Post graduate Program
   3. Upload the cast certificate/ Gold Medal Certificate/ Valid Scorecard of GATE/GPAT/NET/SLAT, if applicable.
4. Pay the Ph.D Entrance Exam fee INR 3000 Online.
5. Submit the Application, print the duly filled Application form.
6. The print of duly filled Application form along with prescribed documents and evidence of online payment of Rs. 3000/- is to be sent to:
