CEPT University offers B.Arch , BUD , B.Tech {Hons.} and B.Des. courses at UG level. 50% seats in all UG courses except for BUD and B.Des. are filled on the basis ACPC guidelines set by the Government of Gujarat and 50% on the basis of regulations set by CEPT University. The minimum eligibility criteria is 10+2 in the relevant stream.
For admission to B.Arch.and B.Des. candidates must have a valid score of NATA and UCEED respectively. For B.Tech {Hons.}, candidates must have JEE Main or GUJCET and BUD, the university conducts CEPT Aptitude Test.

CEPT University offers Full-time M.Tech and M.Des programs in various disciplines at the PG level. M.Tech program involves Students Exchange programs to enhance the learning experience. Bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline is the minimum eligibility criteria. For M.Tech admission, the candidates will be shortlisted according to the CEPT Entrance Test followed by counseling. For M.Des, the candidates need to appear in the CEPT Common Design Aptitude Test and CEPT Subject-Specific Design Aptitude Test.
CEPT also offers M.Arch and various Master’s programs in the field of Urban Planning, Urban Infrastructure, Urban Design, Urban Management , Landscape Architecture, and Housing & Transport. CEPT also offers Master’s programs in the field of Urban Management. The admission is on the basis of valid CAT, MAT or CMAT score, SOP, Work Experience followed by UMAT (Urban Management Aptitude Test).

CEPT University also offers M.phil & Ph.D. programs at the Doctorate level in the field of Planning and Architecture. Admissions are generally conducted in two cycles, i.e., Monsoon Semester and Spring Semester in the months of July and January respectively.

Ques. How to get admission for the PG course in architecture at CEPT University?
Ans. The entire process of application is online. The applicant includes a resume, GATE score, and academic background details, two references, person names, and portfolio. If shortlisted for the interview round, the applicants can choose for interview mode offline or online skype interview. The final result of the interview round may take 3-4 weeks.
Ques. How tough is it to get admission at CEPT University for a PG course?
Ans. It is not that easy to get admission for the PG course as the admission seats are limited and only 110 students are selected. First based on entrance 300 applicants are shortlisted for the interview. In the interview process, out of 300 applicants, only 110 are selected for admission based on bachelor’s merit, work experience, and overall performance in the interview.

Ans. Yes, the admission process accepts national level entrance courses like GATE for admission in the stream of technology for master’s programs. The admission process will include GD and an interview round for all applicants.
