BIT Mesra offers M.Tech and ME in various specializations, M.Sc. in various specializations, MUP, MBA, MCA, M.Pharm courses.

Minimum eligibility for ME and M.Tech is BE/B.Tech in a relevant discipline. For MUP, candidate must pass in B.Arch degree and for MBA, candidates must pass in any graduate degree.
