Ph.D. (Law) From Bennett University, Greater Noida

Master’s degree in Law/any other discipline from a recognized University with not less than 55% marks or its equivalent provided that candidates with qualifications in social sciences, humanities and sciences may be admitted to the program, if the research they wish to pursue interfaces with the discipline of law.

1.The shortlisting of applications for admission test/interview will be done by the admission committee,based on the profile of the applicant as provided in the application form.

2.The applicants who fulfill the eligibility criteria and are shortlisted,shall be put through:

   (i).Bennett Research Aptitude Test (BRAT) - a written test conducted by the University.

   (ii).The process of Interview by a nominated committee of the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences.

3.During the personal interview,the applicant will be assessed on his interest and motivation in doing research,conceptual clarity on chosen area of research and his past academic and research performances.
