The course has been developed to meet the professional requirements of the RICS, the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia (BQSM), and the Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (ICES). On completion you will be eligible for graduate membership, the first step to becoming a fully qualified chartered surveyor.
ThereÕs a faculty employer fayre to connect employers with students and promote placement and graduate vacancies and you will also have access to the ÔHatcheryÕ that helps budding entrepreneurs start up their own business.
The course includes an optional work placement. This year in industry counts as one of the two years in professional practice that you need to become fully chartered.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students need a high school degree or equivalent from a recognized institution. or
- Students can provide A-level, BTEC Diplomas/Extended Diplomas, Scottish and Irish Highers, Access to HE Diplomas, or the International Baccalaureate.
Indian Student Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:
- Students need a Standard XII/Class XII from CBSE, CISC with 65% and above.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test.
