Students gain an integrated, interdisciplinary view of complex systems and an advanced understanding of the systems engineering process. They gain the ability to apply this process to a variety of real-world situations and the management skills necessary to facilitate the development of complex systems on time and within budget.
The MSc program requires the completion of eight 15-credit modules and one 60-credit module.
The 15 credit modules cover six taught modules, two of which are chosen from a range of options, the Project Concept module and the Systems Engineering in Practice Module (SEIP). The 60-credit module is the final research.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

Students must have a minimum of a second-class Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline from a UK university or an overseas qualification of an equivalent standard.
Students require at least two years of experience working in an engineering/technology environment.
Students whose official language is not English are required to submit IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE scores.

Indian Student's Eligibility:

A Bachelor's degree with a minimum overall CGPA of 7.75/10, 6.25/8.0, 5.75/7.0, 4.25/6.0, 3.3/4.0, or 60% where a GPA scale is not used.
The overall mark required is dependent on the subject and the ranking of the institution at which the degree has been taken.
