Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Applicants must hold a UK 2:1 or above at undergraduate level in Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, and Sciences or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- A GPA of at least 3.0/4.0 is required to be eligible for the program.
- Or, a 2:1 or above at undergraduate level in any subject, provided the degree contains substantial levels of study of Mathematics and Statistics.
Indian Student Eligibility:
- Students must complete an undergraduate degree with first-class in a relevant field from a highly ranked university in India.
- Or, students completed a master's degree with first-class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
- Bachelor's degree with 60% to 70% overall depending on the institution.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.

- Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) is a unique number issued to students by Queen Mary which allows students to apply for a student visa with the UK Visas & Immigration (UKVI) service. When we issue a CAS to students, they are confirming that Queen Mary will sponsor their studies in the UK. Students must have a CAS from Queen Mary to be able to apply for a student visa to study here.
- To request a CAS please select the CAS and Immigration tile in the applicant portal and follow the instructions. Students will not be issued a CAS until they have firmly accepted an unconditional offer, paid any required deposit and the CAS issuing window must be open. Students can apply from overseas up to 6 months before your course start date.
