- Events management is a challenging and varied career where one can expect to work with areas as diverse as marketing, finance, human resources, health and safety, and risk management, and be able to juggle several high-priority tasks at once.
- The role requires people who are level-headed and well organized but also enthusiastic, creative, and dynamic. Teamwork is a crucial part of running any successful event and in student's second year they have the chance to create, develop and manage their own live event as part of a team, working with real clients, venues and attendees.
- Festivals, meetings, conventions, exhibitions, and sports events all make up the events industry, and they will have plenty of opportunities to get a feel for different kinds of events from familiarisation visits, site visits, and attending live events, as well as from expert guest speakers.
- They will also get some hands-on experience working for a variety of clients at locations and venues across the country. Liverpool is well known for its thriving events scene.
- Events such as Sound City, Summer Pops, the Rock 'n' Roll Marathon, and the Clothes Show Live put Liverpool on the map as a big player in the events industry.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Applicants are expected to have a higher secondary certificate from a recognized board.
Indian Eligibility:
- A Higher Secondary Certificate/Standard 12/Indian School Certificate (Year 12) or
- All India Senior School Certificate Examination with a minimum of 65% (60% in Maths and their chosen subject and 70% in English)
Applicant must have qualified any one of the language tests IELTS / TOEFL or PTE to be eligible for this course.
