You will learn the fundamental concepts and theories of computing and concentrate on its scientific and mathematical aspects. This is what makes this course different to the Computing BSc which has a greater emphasis on information management and business and financial computing.

You will study modules on logic and scientific problem solving, the theory of computation, and functional programming alongside core computing modules.
