On this course, you will gain a detailed knowledge of building maintenance, care, conservation and structures. It reflects the variety of work that building surveyors undertake. This might include: supervising a large mixed-use development; planning domestic extensions; buildings care and maintenance; design, refurbishment or alteration; and resolving disputes between neighbours or landlords and tenants.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students must have a minimum GPA of 4.0
- 6,6,5 at Higher Level to include Mathematics with a minimum of 32 points overall.
- BTEC diplomas, required
- A level Mathematics and at least one Physical Science. Students must also pass the practical element of any reformed science A levels which include Biology, Chemistry, and Physics taught from 2015, and typical offer AAB for the opted course.
