  • The MPH program lasts for a total of 50 weeks and consists of two stages – stage T (taught stage) and stage R (research dissertation stage).
  • The Taught stage lasts for 9 months, and consists of six 20-credit modules, totaling 120 credits, at Level 7.
  • The Research Dissertation stage lasts for 3 months and includes a dissertation of 60 credits at Level 7, to achieve a combined total of 180 credits at Level 7.
  • Full-time students need to attend up to 1.5 days of teaching per week.
  • These are scheduled on Wednesday and Thursday each week.
  • Each module involves e-learning and face-to-face lectures, fireside chats, small group exercises, and practical sessions.
  • The course helps students in their preparation for the UK Faculty of Public Health Part A examinations, enabling graduates to pursue professional careers in public health as well as a wide range of other careers, including postgraduate research.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

  • Students should hold a 2:1 level or higher degree undergraduate program from a recognized university.
  • The program has a health background, including dentistry, environmental health, health information, health planning, health promotion, health service evaluation, health service management, social work, medicine, veterinary medicine, nutrition, and nursing.
  • Non-graduates may also be accepted having a minimum period of two years of experience.
  • Students must be qualified in IELTSTOEFL, and PTE to get admission in this program.

Indian Student Eligibility:

  • Students will need successful completion of a relevant bachelor's degree from a recognized institution, with grades of approximately 55%-60% to qualify for the postgraduate courses.
  • Some schools will also require the successful completion of a relevant master's program from a recognized institution.
  • The Indian Standard XII English qualification from the following examination boards are accepted with a minimum score of 70%:
