This course is for graduates who want to develop key managerial skills and are interested in a career in human resource management or consultancy. With the latest knowledge in people management, students will prepare for a variety of business management roles. Faculty use a hands-on, practical approach to teaching the latest approaches in human resource management. The practical and collaborative focus of the degree will give students the experience to take into a consulting career
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students must have a bachelor's degree with a final overall result of at least first class.
- The degree can be in any discipline but must include an appropriate level of business, management, organization, or psychology content.
- International applicants may need to pass an English language test and submit their scores.
Work Experience:
Students with relevant work experience may also be a substitute for the degree requirement. Students should have no more than three years of relevant work experience.
Indian Students:
Students must have completed Higher Secondary Certificate: Standard 12th with 65% average with a minimum 55% in all subjects for national boards (HSSC, CBSE, and CISCE) and 70% average from State Boards with a minimum 55% in all subjects.
