- The Bachelor of History and Welsh History at Aberystwyth University is a full-time 3 years program.
- History has been taught in Aberystwyth since 1872, making our department the oldest in Wales and one of the foremost in Britain.
- Their teaching is innovative, research-based and designed to develop their transferable skills in areas such as analysis, interpretation and communication, which will prepare them for a wide range of careers.
- Their subject specialisms will enable the students to follow their historical interests from the medieval period to the present day, ranging across four continents, and embracing political, social, economic and cultural history.

- As part of the degree, they will have the opportunity to study abroad at a partner university, to undertake Heritage sector work placements and to plan for their future career.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- A-Levels: BBB-CCC,
- GCSE requirements (minimum grade C/4): English or Welsh
- BTEC National Diploma: DDM-MMM,
- International Baccalaureate: 30-26,
Indian Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:
- Standard XII Certificate from recognized central or state board:75 % in year XII Std.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
