A Sports Management degree is particularly attractive to employers in the sports and leisure industries, both in the commercial and not-for-profit sectors. Studying this degree programme will equip students with the knowledge and skills required to successfully embark on a career in a wide range of roles and functions.
A degree in Sports Management gives students the knowledge and skills they need to be a successful manager within the sports business, in a large or small company; in the private, public or third sectors; at home or abroad. It is centred upon contemporary management skills and approaches and will give students everything they need to succeed in the sports industry.

Higher Secondary School Certificates, All India Senior School Certificate Examination (SSC) and Indian School Certificate (ISC) are acceptable for direct entry to undergraduate programmes. The grade requirement will depend on the exam board in India and the subject students are planning to study at St Mary's.
Normally the overall aggregate will be at least 60-65% depending on the exam board. Second year entry is possible for some degrees if students have completed year one of a relevant degree in India and any application would be assessed on a case by case basis.
