  • Harper Adams University, located at Newport, is spread across a land of 635 hectares rural campus reserved for academic and research purposes.
  • The university houses a library in Bamford Library building with journals, articles and research material. The resources of the library can also be used online.
  • The university campus is not only equipped for academic purposes, but also for a great social life. Main bar, Welly Inn, sports complex, and common spaces are used for multiple party nights, music, balls, etc. All these events are monitored by the Students’ Union.
  • Students Union is an important body operating on campus, concerned not only with the entertainment of the students, but also voice their interests on various issues pertaining to academic or other areas.
  • The town nearest to the university is Newport, which is famously known for being a market town. It displays a wide range of acknowledged floral designs across street, apart from the cafes, restaurants and shopping streets.

Courses

  • Harper Adams University offers multiple degrees in the field of agriculture, renewal energy, animal sciences, zoology, engineering, food business management, etc. on undergraduate, graduate and research levels.
  • The university also offers an Extended Degree Program (EDP) or Extended Foundation Degree Program. This is for the students who do not have the qualifications for the course they want to pursue. In the additional foundation years, those requirements are met to promote them to the regular degree program.
