University of Exeter Business School Campus
The University of Exeter has three campuses named Streatham, Penryn, and St.Luke’s and the University of Exeter Business School is based in three buildings on the Streatham Campus and one building on the Penryn Campus in Cornwall.
- Over 180+ guild-affiliated societies cover a wide range of activities for students, helping them to enhance their skills and build a social life.

University of Exeter Business School Residence
Both the Streatham Campus and Penryn Campus of the University of Exeter Business School offers housing facilities to first-year students. After the first year, students can shift to Private Housings available near the campuses. Residents at the Penryn Campus have to share the flats with students from Falmouth University.
- There are two types of residences available for housing, which include 29 Catered halls and 4 Self- Catered houses and flats. Most of the self-catered houses are on campus and the rest are at a walking distance from the campus.
- There are five types of rooms, namely, Standard Rooms, En-Suite, Townhouses, Studio Rooms and Self-Contained Flats.
- The students with Catered housing can get 10 (at Penryn) or 16 (at Streatham) meals per week, available in the nearby halls or canteen areas, with special continental meals on weekends.
- Self-catered students can also buy meals at catered halls anytime and they are allowed to bring their family members as well.
- Some of the facilities available at all residences include heating, lighting, utility charges, TV area, insurance cover for personal belongings, sports grounds, etc.
- Penryn Campus has rooms with special facilities for disabled students and students can contact the Accommodation Office for individual requirements.
- Unaccompanied international students entering for the first academic year of undergraduate or postgraduate are guaranteed accommodation on-campus. The International Student Support team on the campus will help non-UK students with support and advice on any issue throughout their stay on the campus.
- Students can apply online for accommodation from April of the year of their entry in the university. The university will accept the application with an offer of accommodation and send a Contract Formation Mail when the student accepts the same.
