Admission Deadlines

Admissions at the College of Health and Social Care are done in the months of September and January. Though, international students are advised to submit their applications no later than 4 weeks from the start of the semesters.

International students who are non-native English speakers need to provide the university with English proficiency scores of IELTS/UKVI. The university/college does not accept TOEFL and Pearson as English Proficiency test scores. The college, on the other hand, accepts International GCE-O level English Language and International GCSE English or English as a second language.

It is important that the test scores should only be two years old and not more than that.

Visa Process for International Applicants

International students applying at the university for a full-time study course or program for more than 6 months are required to apply for a Tier 4 visa. Others can apply for a short term study visa depending on the duration of their stay. All international students have to show that they have a certain level of English credibility.

The undergraduate programs are offered in many disciplines. International students can apply for programs in disciplines like nursing, arts and health, public health and others.

The college has 2 schools: School of Allied Health and Social Care which offers offers only undergraduate programs in a discipline like occupational therapy, health, social and community work, counseling and psychotherapy among others and the School of Nursing and Professional practice.
