Royal College of Music is the only conservatoire to award their own degrees up to the doctoral level. Graduate degree programs offered by Royal College of Music include Master of Performance, Master of Composition, Master of Music in Performance, Master of Music in Composition, MSc in Performance Science and Master of Education. The college also offers a Graduate Diploma in Vocal Performance and artist diplomas in Performance, Opera and Composition. Royal College of Music uses the UCAS Conservatoires application that allows candidates to simultaneously apply to all institutions that are members of Conservatoires UK. Study abroad Applicants can use the UCAS portal to track the status of their applications, interview details and get the results of all applications. Admission decisions can also be confirmed through the UCAS portal.

Late applications are not encouraged but may be accepted for some programs. Shortlisted applicants for programs that require an interview prior to admission will receive invitations.
