The programme begins with a series of core lectures and seminars, balanced by focused reading of key literature related to the four areas of enquiry. This enables all of the students on the programme to gain a multi-disciplinary perspective and provides ground for shared discourse.

Digital Creativity Aims

• To develop a critical understanding of the key philosophical notions of information, reality, materiality and cyberspace.Ê

• To develop a theoretical understanding of the intellectual trends in computer based design cognition.Ê

• To explore and demonstrate appropriate skills in the use of various machine based media and techniques in the design process.
