British Council has announced a new set of postgraduate scholarships for Indian students across various fields of study for the year 2022-23. In collaboration with the UK government's GREAT Britain Campaign, the council announced 20 GREAT scholarships for students from India across 16 UK universities, in a variety of subjects such as business, finance, humanities, psychology, entrepreneurship, design, marketing, HR, and music.

In addition, there are seven GREAT Scholarships for Justice and Law available to Indian students interested in studying human rights, criminal justice, or commercial law in the UK. Each scholarship is worth at least 10,000 Pounds and is intended to cover the costs of a one-year postgraduate course.
Furthermore, the British Council has announced six fully-funded scholarships for English teachers from India to facilitate their postgraduate study in English language teaching at 2 of the UK universities. English teachers who are currently working in or with primary or secondary schools in India can seize the opportunity.
Three of the six scholarships are for a full-time, face-to-face MA program at the University of Leeds. The other three scholarships are for the University of Stirling's online/part-time MSc program, which includes a two-week fully-funded residential visit to the university as part of the curriculum.
