Course Curriculum Overview :
This course offers diversity in many other courses. Faculty-student ratio: 1:9. Ph.D. is required for associate professors and the teaching method is they use techniques for re-engaging with information and also take practical classes on a daily basis to clear doubts and learn on field work easily. Monthly 20-mark MCQ tests and half-yearly Exams were taken containing no choice questions. and it was difficult to attempt each question in time as all questions were lengthy.
Internships Opportunities :
As i was in DTP (District town Planning) Office in Faridabad under Renuk Singh. it is government office for planning purposes works. they provided no stipen. i did work in Metro Project which was proposed on that time in Faridabad and worked on routes and metro stations.
Placement Experience :
from the 7th semester, students are eligible for on-campus placements. 99acres, IBM India, Capgemini, HDFC, and many more. TCS Digital offered the highest package of 17 LPA and an average package of 7 LPA by Cagemini. Around 80% were doing master's in planning.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Fees hiked by 10% by the university which is might fair according to course fees. They provide help to categorised students. No Scholarship, Financial Assistance, or on-campus job stipend with me as the internship I got was with zero payment.
Campus Life :
Annual fees: 86000. They held a two-day mega technology fest in the months of September and October. They provide books for each department on all topics. Chairs for the students, a blackboard, and a stand for the teacher. one can take part in all the activities indoors and outdoors. They provide a huge playground which is accessible all the time.
Hostel Facilities :
the bedroom is available with a single bed for each student a single almirah and one table for two students. they provide different recipes on different days. the food was tasty. they provide a meal of two vegetables with salad and raita. Registration form to get from the department only at the time of admission and fees are just 1800 per month. never tried.
