Remarks :

The admission process for this college is done through the the exam called (CUET) Common University Entrance Test. The course which I'm pursuing is BBE, it has a pre-requisite that the student must have studied maths in his higher secondary exams. To take admission in BBE you have to give 3 papers in CUET, Maths , General test and English. The application form comes around April May. Application fees is around 1600 Rs. Exams are conducted in June and the classes begins from August. There are reservations benefits for the following castes OBC,SC,ST. The cut off for the following are generally lower than the general category.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose this course because I wanted to learn economics from the aspect of business and wanted to learn about the financial markets of the country and world. The course offers unique combination of economics and business and largely it's a skill oriented and pretty practical course. The placement aspect also matters and the career scope in finance is really good. The faculty: student ratio is good in the college for some department like BMS, there are some shortcomings in the number of teaching staff , but overall it's good The teachers are highly qualified most of them are PhD holders in their respective field or are enrolled in their research work. The term exams are really timely because it comes under DU and all of DU exams are scheduled and the dates are declared months before the exam. The difficulty of the term papers were moderate and it is easy to pass if you do some food efforts.

Internships Opportunities :

There are not that much of internship opportunities available with the college to talk about. But the college offers the vice chancellor intership program offered by the Delhi University. They really need to work on this segment.

Placement Experience :

Currently I'm in my 3rd semester and the placements are offered from the 5th semester. The college has a placement cell called Aspire which basically helps and coordinate all the placements in college. There are several famous companies that visited the college like Deloitte, KPMG, etc. There are also several startups that come to the college. The highest package was around 22 lakhs P.A which was offered to a Economics honours graduate in a consultancy firm.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure of the course BBE is Rs.27660 for 2 semesters. It is one of the highest fee courses offered by the college. The fee hike policy has caused some inconvenience for the students due the rising inflation and cost of living. The students who come from outside Delhi suffer the most. There aren't much scholarship aor on campus job opportunities available in the college.

Campus Life :

The on campus life is pretty smooth the crowd is really diverse and vibrant. There are students from almost all over India. The annual fest of the college is called Tatva and it is held around the month of March. It is a really good and famous event in DU. The library is fully equipped with newspapers and latest journals and it offers a huge collection of books. The classroom of the New building are equipped with projectors and good white boards . The benches are also good. The sports ground is also good it offers games like football, cricket, and there is also table tennis and a basketball court. There are various societies in the college like TEB, ERIC , Rotaract ,etc, each offers their unique crowd and skill. The campus is really green, which is the best part according to me. It feels really great to sit under a tree and read your favourite book. Overall it's really fun to be in college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose B. A vocation studies (SME) because I want to study the role of various SMEs in our Indian industry. The faculty of CVS is helpful and well qualified and the student ratio in the class is also good. The exams were held on a semester basis. And the exam difficulty is totally dependent upon your studies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have a keen interest in Political Science and therefore I opted for Political Science Honours The faculty of our college are well experienced and have a teaching experience of over 20 years, the student-teacher ratio is around 70:1 Most of the faculty members have graduated from the University of Delhi. The examinations are generally conducted every 3-4 months and in terms of difficulty, the questions are generally set in a manner that if a student has a basic knowledge about the topic he/she can easily write about it.

Course Curriculum Overview:

History and political science both are very interesting subjects. These subjects can connect with the working of institutions which are working throughout our country. The history of the country is highly impressive. 60 students per teacher the ratio is quite shocking. I think there should be an improvement in this ratio. Teachers are highly educated Phd holders having high regarding their subject. There are many easy with which they can understand students even very difficult topics too. exams were held every 6month but due to covid, these exams were held in three months.

Placement Experience:

During the last year of graduation, students May get placement but there is a very low chance for BA students. The company that visited in our college is not so famous so I can't get the name of company in my head. The highest package was 10 lakh for a student of Commerce. Very few percentages of students get placement. Don't hope for a placement in this college. After getting my degree I will give a competition exam

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I want to do preparation for SAC or upsc and this course will help me with that. The faculty is quite good and they are always ready to help the students. The student ratio in this is quite large and the class for this course is filled. faculties are very highly qualified they know the way of teaching and everything. They teach very well. If we get any doubts they clear without asking questions and all. It's my first year and I haven't taken any exams yet we have 6 semesters and we have to take exams 6 times. I think it will be a little hard to pass.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because these types of courses are very helpful for further preparation in civil service examinations. I'm from Delhi university, school of open learning. For SOL students, there are proper online classes and teachers are very humble and helpful. In courses like the BA Programme, a large number of students are there, if I compare this with other courses I will say that most of the students are choosing this course Examinations are taken in semesters like in each year there will be two semesters. I will say that for a student who is hardworking and dedicated to his/ her study, no difficulty is there to pass the examinations. It all depends on our hard work and dedication.
