Remarks :
Eligibility is in Science and maths in 12th. the application form, application fees, and application dates are available on the university's official website. There is a scholarship available. 75% to 85% in 12th gets 25% scholarship and more scholarship is available for a greater percentage. No, the admission process is fine.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I have chosen this course btech in CSE because of the opportunity available in this field. There 3 sections in each semester and there are 2 or 3 different faculties for different subjects for every section and the rest faculties are the same. Teachers are well-qualified in their respective domains and have a good experience of teaching. Each semester has 2 examinations one is mid-term term and the second is end term. The exam difficulty level is not so high. The questions are average or easy if you have an average student you can score a good cgpa.
Placement Experience :
So basically the placement is good at Amity University. Normally, the students of the final year have the opportunity to sit in such a placement drive but there are some companies that offer placement for 2nd year and third-year students also. The number of companies that came is very good like more than 70 companies came to campus for a drive. The average placement package is 4 lakhs - 8 lakhs and the highest package of the last batch is 41 lakhs. And if we talk about the percentage of students getting placement is around 60 to 80%. I am going for a placement for now and starting my career as a full stack developer in a well-reputed company.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I am pursuing btech CSE it costs 1.9 lakh in 1st year but I have a 25% scholarship so it costs 1.45 lakh in 1st year to. Then 2lakh in 2nd year, 2.11 lakh in 3rd year and 2.22 lakh in 4th year. If you take a hostel it costs 60000 per year and for eating there is a mess where you have to pay each time you eat there. The scholarship is available here. 25% for 75 %-85 in 12th, 50% for 85%- 95% and 100% for more than 95% in 12th. There is also an option for an education loan you can go to the accounting department and take an inquiry there. This course gives a good size of on-campus placement.
Campus Life :
There is one annual event named as "ODYSSEY" held every year and there are many fests, boot camps, and other events held regularly. There is a central library where you get a large number of books, magazines and others. Classroom infrastructure is great and the environment is also fine with a diversity of students. There are sports clubs and NCC opportunity is also available. Many groups are ther which are run by students like the Yara film club etc.
