Remarks :
The admission process was totally merit-based and most of the procedure was online. The institute's website has all the necessary information for admission. Students from the MP board are given more concessions when it comes to marks in merit. There is also obc and st/sc quota. Also, the institute assists students with scholarships availing as well.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course totally because of my interest in the field. There are 4 teaching faculty in the department as of now and they teach class strengths of almost 40 students each year. Term exams are held timely here and although passing them is not too difficult if you have studied, it is quite difficult to be on the merit list.
Internships Opportunities :
I believe I have explained about internships well enough... there are frequent updates about them on the official groups sent by the placement cell. but as I mentioned, they are mostly focused on arts and commerce streams so BSc students have to find internships on their own...
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
In my course, the fee is about 43k per annum but it differs from course to course, and I'd rather say that forensic fees are higher than other BSc. Subjects. There's a placement cell in the institute and it provides internship opportunities... but it's mostly limited to commerce or arts students.
Campus Life :
There's one major event of the institute, the annual fest, Tarang. Other than that, all departments have their individual fests, but they are mostly academic in nature. I would suggest to not expect much from the infrastructure, especially in the BSc. The building as it's quite old, but the newer buildings are better off.
