Maharaja agrasen Institute of technology

Remarks :

Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology is a part of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), hence you have to fill the GGSIPU counseling after giving JEE Entrance on their main website. If the college is allowed you have to visit the college for document verification and if the documents are all correct congratulations you are enrolled.

Course Curriculum Overview :

MAIT provides a decent package for B. Tech CS(every tag branch), here faculty is really supportive and good, teaching methods are quite good campus is good but a little small but not that much. Exams are conducted on a regular basis.

Internships Opportunities :

Many good companies visit Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology for placements like Amazon, google, tata, etc. The placement ratio is really really good with good packages. The average package is somewhere around 3.5 LPA to 4 LPA.

Placement Experience :

Students become eligible for placements in 3 years for campus placements. Placements are quite good here last year the highest package was 1.22 crores per annum offered by Amazon average package is 3.5 to 4 LPA.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

If you compare fees of maharaja agrasen Institute of technology to other renowned colleges and universities like Delhi Technological University and any IIT you'll find a comfort here but it is still more than some of the IPU colleges. Even its twin brother Maharaja Surajmal Institute of Technology has lower fees than MAIT whereas fees is accurately good according to the course and facilities provided there is fee consession for economically weaker section(EWS).

Campus Life :

In Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology, there are two annual fests and several fests hosted by cultural societies. The library here is quite good, it has almost every book you need. Classrooms are air-conditioned and have projectors. The college has a good hand with sports and sports facilities, one problem is that it don't have a big ground. Many societies are run by students like Funk in Motion, udaan, etc.

Placement Experience:

In this competitive era, preparing yourself for campus placements is the most pivotal part of education. Earlier, most of the students ignored the significance of the campus placements and waved goodbye to the opportunities of getting selected by the company. But now, every year, you can observe hundreds of students taking active participation in the campus placement process. One of the advantages of campus recruitment is the assurance of stable job profiles in reputed companies. In India, the majority of campus recruitment companies often lower their hiring criteria for entry-level employment. However, if you are applying through an Off-campus or Pool campus placement drive. In that case, there’s much more than technical knowledge required to clear the interview as the scale of competition increases.
