Remarks :
You have to just fill out their application form which is available on the Burdwan Raj College site (just search in Google by college name you will get the site). Then you are going to be shortlisted by your number and mostly all the shortlisted candidates may have a minimum 75% result in their hs( including reservation candidates). And you must have a good number in computer science (if you are in 12th)or in mathematics like more than 90%.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Computer science has now been a hot topic for 10 years and I think it's going to be like that unless some sub-topic of it comes. In my year gender ratio is very bad like 6:1. Otherwise teachers are also good they will take care of your attendance;). And if you only follow the previous year's questions for your semester you will surely make greater than 75% in the semester exam( total 6 sem in 3 years).
Placement Experience :
You have to last the same of your course for eligible for placement. Actually, I don't sit in campus placement for low salary problems. You will get a much better salary if you apply for off-campus placement. And I don't know about the percentage of getting placement here. But, if you don't get any placement outside or you feel it is hard to find them you consider your college placement.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Fees for computer science BSc is really high like 60000 for 3 year if you compare it with another course. You have to find & apply scholarship yourself. The on-campus job is just started on our campus and it is very low compared to other engineering colleges. But no honors college has a placement community. So as an honors college, it is your advantage.
Campus Life :
Life is really good here. You have the biggest campus in the whole of Burdwan. And also the annual fest & tech fest and many fests organized here. You don't have to worry about life in college. Also, many books are present in the library but you have to collect it first if you need it.
