Remarks :
Eligibility Of Course:- Should Complete minimum or at least 10th Board Exam for admission to the course. If anyone is interested in purchasing the Polytechnic or diploma course then he or she should fill up the wbjexpo. Application form and apply for the wbjexpo entrance exam. After he Completes the exam the eligible for counseling or a college-choosing Process then he can enter the nearest college in his hometown or the best college. And fill up the details during counseling like which branch he prefers to study in the college and college name, etc. After that he notified sometime later or counseling later that he selected the course which details he could fill in during counseling then he was eligible for admission to the course and then he went to the college and submitted the required documents during admission.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose Mechanical Engineering because when I go to any kind of place then we are going through the place by bus, train, car, etc. kind of vehicle and we can see that our house manufactured by rods or beams, I realized that if I get the knowledge about those things in details then I can understand about those things in details. So, I am purchasing Mechanical Engineering. That's all in short. In almost all the departments for this kind of course, 45-60 students are present in all colleges as usual. Almost all the teachers have a Btech degree at least mandatory to teach diploma level all college as usuals. The course content is 6 semesters or 3 years duration. The exam pattern is normal.
Internships Opportunities :
Our college offers an internship in South Eastern Railway in the Adra Division. We learned many things during the internship. We learn which types of work are held in the Railway yard. How a train repair in Railway yard.
Placement Experience :
Campus Placement Eligibility:- After completing of 5th semester almost all the companies are called for placement. Names Of Company For placement: JSW Steel, Jindal Steel & Power, L&T, Arceler Mittal Nippon Steel, Average Package of jobs:- 200000/year. Almost every year 70 to 80% of students are placed. I completed my course in 2022 and now I am pursuing a Btech course for higher education.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
If anyone pursues from govt. College then during 3 years Almost 5600 to 6000/- price per course. But if anyone is admitted to a private college then it only depends on the colleges, and how much price they can charge for the course. But in my opinion, almost all the colleges charge for the course between 80000 to 13000/-. There are state government scholarships.
Campus Life :
Almost all kinds of fests and tech fests are held in our college like Saraswati puja, teachers day, etc. Almost all our syllabus-related books are available in the college library for each branch. Some social activities like blood donation camps, COVID-19 Dose camps, etc. are held.
