Remarks :
In order to get admission to this college I took an exam named EAMCET. To write that exam I have paid 600 rupees. The cut-off mark for that exam is 40 and for others 45 something according to their category. You can pay the application fee directly via the official website.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course that I have chosen is Electrical and electronics engineering. The reason why I have chosen the course is because I think that I have the ability to do that course and I am likely to do it. Coming to faculty, Most of them completed PHD and also more experienced faculty in teaching. The student ratio is on average 45, and passing of exams is likely normal because of the way of teaching by the lecturers.
Internships Opportunities :
Honey group industries, TCS, Infosys etc. companies are available for both the Btech and diploma students. Projects on wireless power transmission for electrical students and building of new websites for computer science students etc. are done.
Placement Experience :
From the 7th semester, students can get campus placements. At present, I am a 3rd-semester student. But my seniors are selected for campus placements like TCS, cap Gemini, etc. The highest package is up to 12 lakh per annum. 75 percent of students are getting placements. I wanted to attend the GATE exam which is used to get a better seat for M tech.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee structure is 39500 yearly. I'm also staying in the college hostel so I am paying 30,000 yearly to the hostel on average total fee with the hostel is 70000 which is payable. We can also apply for scholarships like Jagananna Vidhya dheevena, vasathi dheevena, etc. Some of the companies are collaborative with the college in which we get jobs.
Campus Life :
In the college there are many fests are happening. In the present month, we have celebrated Engineering Day, Freshers Day, etc. On average there will be at least one or two Fests are going to done. To study there are many books in the library which we can easily get. The class room contains regular benches, a blackboard and a large room which most of the students can stay. Many activities like mini projects, poster presentations, PPTs and etc. activities are conducted. Most of the websites are built by the students, in recent days we have built an official website for my college.
