Remarks :

The admission process is better. We have to give JEE mains examination and should score a decent score to get a seat in NIT KURUKSHETRA. The cutoff of the JEE Exam is approximately 90 percentile for general students and to gain admission to NIT Kurukshetra CSE branch you have to be under 10k rank. The information about the application form, fees, and dates is available on the website of NTA(National Testing Agency). The institute admission process would be very easy if they give more time for the process and also increase some facilities for the students.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I have chosen the CSE branch in college because I am interested in coding and programming and also there are lots of opportunities available in this field. By using technology I want to make our life efficient. The faculty :student ratio is good and enough that a teacher can pay attention to each and every student. Most of the faculty in the college are Ph.D. qualified so they have great knowledge in their respective fields and all of them have different teaching styles that make things easier for students. In each semester we have three types of exams - Sem 1, sem 2, and End Sem and if a student is well prepared and studies consistently then it is easy to pass the exam . Also, the average student, if he tries his best then he/she will definitely pass the exam.

Class Size : 70Course Fees : INR 200000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Mostly companies hire so many students in our college. As I am a CSE student I know the average stipend of this branch and it is more than 50k per month. I do not know the projects to clarify as I am fresher.

Placement Experience :

From this year students of the 7th semester are eligible for placement. So many companies visit our campus and hire many students at very good packages. Some examples of companies are Microsoft, Google, Amazon, etc. In college, more than 89% of students are placed in our college.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

National Institute of Kurukshetra fees are 7 to 8 lakhs in the whole course. I don't get a scholarship so I don't know the opportunity of scholarship. I don't get financial assistance or internships as I am fresher.

Campus Life :

We have an enormous festival in our college and also enormous clubs like dancing, music, photography, technology, fine arts, etc and very enjoyable and senior helps a lot. We get free books in our first semester and we have to return back. We have also different kinds of sports.

The IIIT Review

Placement Experience:

4th year students according to me become eligible for college placements. IIIT Sonepat Placements 2023 recorded 78.79% placements. Out of 99 eligible students, 78 students were placed with 117 offers. IIIT Sonepat highest package increased by about 3% to INR 52 LPA whereas IIIT Sonepat's average package increased by 18% to INR 16.51 LPA. Recruiters like Amazon, Jio, Woovly, Deloitte, Juspay, Yamaha etc participated in IIIT Sonepat Placements 2023. I plan To Do an M.Tech from IIT through the GATE exam.

My life at DCRUST

Placement Experience:

I' m from a civil branch so obviously placement opportunities but a student still manages to get placement in companies like TCS on the basis of coding culture. CSE and ECE students need to just cross 7-8 CGPA for sitting in placement cells and based on their interviews their packages depend.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curricula are based on providing technical skills as well as fundamental theories. All faculty members are very good and provide good education to students but some are like okay, because they do not take their classes regularly. I chose this course because I am interested in the technical part as well as the software part of machines. The student-teacher ratio of all the courses in this college is like 1 teacher for 60 students. Most faculty members have master in their degrees and the teaching methods of some teachers are very good but some are very bad.
