Remarks :

I gave the JEE Main exam for the B.Tech course I am pursuing. The eligibility of the course was a certain rank in JEE Main. The application form is available online on the RTU website. I was not eligible for any reservation benefits.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose this course because Computer science is a very booming field in the coming years. The faculty at SKIT is great and highly qualified. Most of the teachers are Ph.D.s and have highly effective teaching methods. There are 2 mid-term exams and a final semester exam in a semester. The midterms are pretty easy to pass.

Class Size : 63Course Fees : INR 100000 per year

Placement Experience :

Students are eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester but the campus placements at SKIT are pretty unpredictable. The average package is 5-6 LPA. Many companies visit the campus such as Infosys, Wipro, etc

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The cost to study in SKIT is pretty phenomenal if you are from Jaipur but it can be expensive if you have to live in a PG or hostel here. Everything near the college area is a bit pricey. Many scholarships are available but family income is always a bar for many

Campus Life :

Campus life at SKIT is not much fun. The annual fest of skit is PRAVAH and campus life is fun only around this time of the year. The library is well equipped and contains almost all the course books. Classrooms are well equipped too. There are whiteboards, projectors etc in the classrooms. There are many clubs and student chapters as well.

A neutral review for my college

Placement Experience:

Placement opportunities are provided by placement cells but the placement ratio is very low. I think average placement is like 6LPA and as far as I know highest should be 12LPA. You can take the placement test from the 5th or 6th sem sometimes it will take the 7th or 8th sem. Right now I am doing a parallel course of BS in data science and application from IIT Madras which will be completed after one year of B. Tech graduation. So I will try to grab a good placement from this college and try to upgrade with the help of that degree.

My best experience of college

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester students are eligible for placement many of the students got placed last year placement percentage was 85%-90%. Many big companies like Infosys, IBM, TCS, Borosil, Mahindra and many more big companies like Deloitte, and EY so on-campus placement Is good. And the highest package was not confirmed to me but the average package was 6-7 lacs per annum. My plan after getting the degree of do master's or prepare for Civil exams.
