Remarks :

I cleared jee mains and Jee advanced with very good ranks. My jee main rank was 7980 and my percentile was 99.12 Also my jee advanced rank was 9181. I know about jee mains as every middle-class boy who opts for science in 12th knows. I didn't get any reservations as I am from the pure general category. The admission process is a bit complicated it must be simplified, till date my admission is provisional we haven't been recognised as permanent students of nit Kurukshetra.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose this course because of future opportunities in the software line and to get a better placement from college. Faculty is up to mark t it's good. All faculty are phd holder, former iitians and has good teaching experience. Our exams are in a span of 1 month only and only the physics exam was a bit difficult the rest were easy.

Class Size : 81Course Fees : INR 79000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Internship opportunities are quite good in my college nit kkr. The college provides internships at the end of 3rd year but with the beginning of my engineering journey, they started it at the end of 4th year. Companies start visiting the campus from the beginning of 4th year till the end. The internship period that the college provides is 6 months

Placement Experience :

The placement in my college is quite good. As a student of computer engineering, the average package of the branch is 21.4LPA and for college, it's about 15. Also, the college provides internship opportunities to all students in 4th year of engineering.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fees in college are not very high but when you see in a larger view you have to pay for the hostel and mess also. As I didn't have any category I had to pay a complete appx 10L rupees, which make it not a good deal

Campus Life :

The annual fest of my institute is confluence and occurs once in a year I don't know much about it as I am a fresher. The library is good and there is a variety of books available in it, in fact, all the books are given by the library to us.

The IIIT Review

Placement Experience:

4th year students according to me become eligible for college placements. IIIT Sonepat Placements 2023 recorded 78.79% placements. Out of 99 eligible students, 78 students were placed with 117 offers. IIIT Sonepat highest package increased by about 3% to INR 52 LPA whereas IIIT Sonepat's average package increased by 18% to INR 16.51 LPA. Recruiters like Amazon, Jio, Woovly, Deloitte, Juspay, Yamaha etc participated in IIIT Sonepat Placements 2023. I plan To Do an M.Tech from IIT through the GATE exam.

Placement Experience:

I' m from a civil branch so obviously placement opportunities but a student still manages to get placement in companies like TCS on the basis of coding culture. CSE and ECE students need to just cross 7-8 CGPA for sitting in placement cells and based on their interviews their packages depend.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curricula are based on providing technical skills as well as fundamental theories. All faculty members are very good and provide good education to students but some are like okay, because they do not take their classes regularly. I chose this course because I am interested in the technical part as well as the software part of machines. The student-teacher ratio of all the courses in this college is like 1 teacher for 60 students. Most faculty members have master in their degrees and the teaching methods of some teachers are very good but some are very bad.
