Remarks :

The admission process was quite easy in my turn as I was enrolling during COVID-19 so most of the things happened online, we just visited the college for hostels only. Reservation has very many benefits as home state & obc I got in easily on the 91 percentile otherwise it would be difficult for me if I didn't have a Reservation.

Course Curriculum Overview :

You have to study most things, The higher the age of a professor lower his interest in teaching students, but if you write enough in your exam they will pass you. But professors are good too. All The teachers are Ph.D. holders.

Class Size : 50Course Fees : INR 80000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

The college will provide internships to all the students but if you are from higher branches you will get paid internships if you are from lower branches you will not get paid internships, but there is the option of off-campus internships where you will get paid internships.

Placement Experience :

Placement is good if you are from a higher branch but for a lower branch placement in the core is quite difficult, If you have an interest in coding then everything will be sorted but if you don't like coding & want a job in the core it is quite difficult.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The college fee structure is good it is the same as other nits but it is not the same for hostels, We are paying around double of mess fee as other government colleges. The college provides paid scholarship to higher branches only, lower branches don't get paid easily.

Campus Life :

Life is campus is very good. There is a lot of greenery in college. The most important thing for a good college life is friends, which make every moment memorable. Make good friends, & it is not difficult as most of the people are from Haryana. As a Haryanvi, we sound rude but we are good from our hearts.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel faculties are good but the conditions of some hostels are not good, the washroom of some hostels are in very bad condition. Hou will adopt it once he gets used to it. But initially, you face too many problems due to washrooms.

Hostel Fee : INR 70000 per year

The IIIT Review

Placement Experience:

4th year students according to me become eligible for college placements. IIIT Sonepat Placements 2023 recorded 78.79% placements. Out of 99 eligible students, 78 students were placed with 117 offers. IIIT Sonepat highest package increased by about 3% to INR 52 LPA whereas IIIT Sonepat's average package increased by 18% to INR 16.51 LPA. Recruiters like Amazon, Jio, Woovly, Deloitte, Juspay, Yamaha etc participated in IIIT Sonepat Placements 2023. I plan To Do an M.Tech from IIT through the GATE exam.

My life at DCRUST

Placement Experience:

I' m from a civil branch so obviously placement opportunities but a student still manages to get placement in companies like TCS on the basis of coding culture. CSE and ECE students need to just cross 7-8 CGPA for sitting in placement cells and based on their interviews their packages depend.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curricula are based on providing technical skills as well as fundamental theories. All faculty members are very good and provide good education to students but some are like okay, because they do not take their classes regularly. I chose this course because I am interested in the technical part as well as the software part of machines. The student-teacher ratio of all the courses in this college is like 1 teacher for 60 students. Most faculty members have master in their degrees and the teaching methods of some teachers are very good but some are very bad.
