Remarks :

Maximum 60% of the marks required for the admission of aided stream Application form details are available on the official website of Velalar College. But during the result day, I was in the college and the form, fees all procedures completed by me in the college There will be a selection process, you have to apply for the course and wait for the shortlist to know whether you have selected or not I think in the year of my admission the selection process will be quite late. Because we apply the form and wait for 15 days Or more. So applying to other colleges would be late. So the selection process of the students must be fast during one or two days will be very useful

Course Curriculum Overview :

I'm very much interested in doing titration, filtration, and lab work. So I chose chemistry were the teachers were very friendly. And the qualifications of the faculty members are more than a mphil and research departments The teaching method is also very good Friendly teachers with extraordinary classes and you much gain more knowledge than expected There are so many class tests but the therm exams are quite difficult. There are two internal exams and two model exams. You will clear those exams the final semester will be quite easy

Class Size : 40Course Fees : INR 2600 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fees will be very much affordable for aided college You will pay exam fees, tuition fees, registration fees, matriculation fees, sports fees, administrative fees, library fees etc. But the fees do nay exceed more than 3000 per annum.. They are providing SCHOLARSHIP also. Per the year 2500, I'm collecting. Now how much scholarship they are giving I don't know

Campus Life :

Life at the campus was very good actually November to January Between these months they conducted the annual day, sports day etc. They will conduct an excellent March past during the annual day. As the part of curriculum, there are many sports like yoga, swimming, silambam, boxing etc There is a pleasant infrastructure at the college They will conduct an event of every month end

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I got good marks and I'm interested too. There is a batch method in our college like morning batch and afternoon batch. The morning batch time is 8.30 AM to 1.30 PM. The afternoon batch time is 2 PM to 5.15 PM .35 students studied in the morning batch and 37 people studied in the Afternoon batch. 30 faculty members worked in our department. Our faculties are well educated and graduates, and they hold PhD in their respective fields. Six months once one semester conducted, annually two Semesters conducted. There are Six semesters in Three years .it's slightly hard to clear the exams.

Placement Experience:

From the 5th semester of a course, students are eligible for a campus interview. There are more companies visiting our students. The packages of the companies differ from one to another on average the package is 10 thousand. You have a good number of students placed on the campus. Other than that you can prepare for competitive exams.

WORTH IS BEING IN DG

Placement Experience:

We have to complete 6 semesters without any backlogs then we can be able to attend the campus placement. Here the top companies like TCS, Infosys, Accrucentre, E and Y, Cognizant, Scope International and more companies are here for placement. The companies with the highest package of 5.0 LPA were available and more students were placed in those companies every year. These companies provide us to continue with our Higher education after getting placed. About 50% to 60% of students were get placed every year in our college with a nice salary package. My plan after completing the degree is to go with a PG in abroad or in IIT. So I'm preparing for it. I'm also interested in going with group exams and I'm also preparing for it.

I chose the course because I am very interested in this group B.sc computer science. My sister told me about the course it's very good, always valuable course at this time. A ratio between faculty and students of 1:20 it is a normal ratio, It is very useful for learning. All faculty minimum qualification is M.sc, B.ed, Ph.D. All professors with this educational qualification. The teaching method is very Advanced and the library is also available for students. Every time we easily passed all Semester exams that one and only reason is the professor's Teaching Methods. We are very excited about our staff's Talent, Really They are Amazing.
