College @Namakkal honest review

Remarks :

I'm choosing a B.E civil engineering course through counselling based on my cut-off. Anna University announced the date for application then I applied online and submitted my all original documents. Then I chose a college, In this college, the admission process is very gentle manner the only thing is they should elaborate on the course benefits so it should improved.

Course Curriculum Overview :

This is a women's college so I chose this one and also I'm quite interested in civil to make designing ideas in building for future. The faculty was so friendly and they gave notes in PDFs and they also made handbooks for important questions it's very useful for us Most faculties are M.E and PHD graduates and their teaching method is different by using PPT and handbooks by there own. There were weekly exams, monthly exams and slip tests every day so in the main exams it was much better to pass.

Internships Opportunities :

In college, they told us there was an internship provided by the government and if anyone interested they go. I'm searching companies for internships in semester holidays The company name was URC and southern railways but there is no stipend. I'm reviewing the plans and concepts that they make in building and in designing software like AutoCAD, Revite, Sketch up and etc.

Placement Experience :

TCS, Capgemini, Infosys and L&T were offering placements for students this year. There were 2 to 3 offers made for some students and for those students the package was 1 lakhs to 3 lakhs. There 70 percent of students get placed. My plan was I'm work in the design field.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

In this college, the tuition fee is 46000 and there is no transportation fee. For the hostel, it is 45000 to 60000 based on sharing, A/C rooms, and attached washrooms like that. There is a final year campus available and many companies hire students in my college, they reduce fees for sports students and low-cast students there are no fees it is completely free so it is the best financial support.

Campus Life :

The annual fest was conducted in the month of March in this event there was dance, songs, dramas, sports activities and so on. The management gave 15000, 10000 and 7000 to the winners. In the library, there were a lot of books and guides available and journals also available, The week 1 time library period was there so we used it. The social activities are the national services scheme, Youth Red Cross, IET student chapter etc. Then students ran club houses and in those houses, there was a president, vice president, student member and vice student member are there.

Placement is also at the best level. Many companies and startups come to the campus to provide internships. Students also get a 1cr plus package in some companies. But for that you have to work smartly.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chosen this course because my family wants me to become an engineer. So I chose electrical engineering student because I have an idea in my mind to do something big in this field. Here the faculties are very good and for electrical engineering, it is awesome. All the teachers are good. So if you want to know about students ratio then you'll see girls are very low. If you ask me about mine then in my batch only 24 girls are there out of 150 boys. Here most of the faculties are from IITs or NITs and PhD holders. if you'll ask me to rate the course and faculty I'll give you 8 /10. Here exams are held semester vice. And CTS are also there

The student is eligible from 3rd year for campus placement. Most of the student prepare for exams like GATE, SSC, and IAS or some of them open their startup. Placements are not that good. But some of the students with good skills get a decent package.

Placement to college is average but there are many students who have not been placed in BBAU. From 3 years students become eligible for campus placement. My plan after getting the degree is to do M.tech.

The placements at this college are really well and many companies visited our college. Last year our placed student got the highest percentage of 100% placement. It provides a good assessment so that it is easy to clear the interview round.

B.Tech CS is a very learning course. In this course, we learn about device infrastructure and its working module. The faculties of IMSEC are mainly IIT passed out. Term exams will be conducted after every one and a half months.

You get placed in your 4th year and the highest package was off campus around 4 cr and on campus was 2.4 cr and the average is 18 LPA around. If you sit for placement with a decent prep you are most likely to get placed. And yup I too am hoping for placements.
