Remarks :
To get admission at A.V.P.T. The admission process is conducted by ACPDC in which your 10th Maths, Science and English marks are counted for merit number. The admission process is a wholly online process nothing is conducted at the offline level. I got admission in the EWS category which is the category for General cast people. Reservations are also available for SC, ST and SEBC classes.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The diploma is the best course for those who have decided their branch for engineering because, in these three years of diploma, you will get all basic level knowledge of your branch This institute comes under GTU so the curriculum is well defined and faculty members complete this course at a time. Faculty members at this college are so experienced and supportive. The institute should improve at the infrastructure level because labs are not well equipped or computers are not working properly.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
As this is a goverment institute the college fees are 1500 for boys and nill for girls candidates. Some of the scholarship we can get is MYSY for a hostel, college fees or any equipment purchase this scholarship was run by the goverment but many private institutes also run scholarship for diploma students. Placement is low in this college because many students opt for a bachelor's degree after a diploma but this institution provide placement facility for students who want to job after a diploma
Campus Life :
There is not any particular fest held every year but there are sports festivals conducted every year by the GTU. The college has separate library in which you will get all of the books regarding your branch. Classrooms are not well equipped but some classrooms have smartboards in it
