Remarks :

Anyone could be admitted to this college Eligibility was above 60-70 percentage There was counselling available to students by the faculty on deciding which course they would wanna pursue Application forms will be available on the Jecrc official website, Application fees were from 200-500 as I recall, Dates started from March I haven't availed any reservation benefits, The only improvement I would wanna see in the admission process is that the managers would convince you that seats are full so you apply early, Even when seats are available. I want that to improve.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I always wanted to pursue something related to order and society the reason I pursued law The faculty of jecrc University are strict as well as supportive, Everyone here is down to earth but yeah serious about their work Qualification of the faculty in the law department is required to be either doing PhD or having experience of teaching of more than 5 years, preferably Pursuing or completing an LLM The teaching method goes with the syllabus and the modules given to both students and teachers, it goes system-wise. Teachers are cooperative, students can ask as many questions as they want. There are 3 midterms in one semester, the third one is optional only those students who couldn't give 1st and 2nd midterms can give 3rd midterms Giving at least 2 midterms is important to pass, students have the choice of which one they would wanna give. Usually, students and faculty motivate them to give exam systems, Then there is end term exam which is for 100 marks, easy checking depending on subject to subject

Internships Opportunities :

Jecrc offers companies like Accenture, Infosys etc There are many roles students can choose according to their department and interest In the law department, the first internship takes place in session court, under a lawyer, after 2nd semester

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

In the fee structure, there is Edcred available in the university which lets you pay in instalments, The fee structure goes semester-wise, In our department University arranges internships for students, some of them include a stipend some not

Campus Life :

The biggest fest of Jecrc University is Rythm, it's a cultural fest which takes place near February. It consists of different cultural events, Inviting guests etc There's a tech event which is called tech-thon It's usually an all-night event, and students will be permitted to stay the whole night near the area the event is taking place and take part in different activities. This also is conducted in the winter season Availability of books is usually good but it depends on day to day, sometimes it gets difficult to find the books that you want Classrooms have ducting, some departments have air conditioning, Spacious classrooms with a capacity of over 70 students, windows for ventilation as well, white and blackboards for teaching There are different clubs in jecrc for different purposes there's JU Eagles a basketball club, and many more clubs regarding sports, be it cricket, basketball, American football team is also there, There is a group JIC which is run by students mostly for start-ups
