Remarks :

There is no eligibility required to opt for EE in IIT Goa. All the forms can be found on the JOSAA website. The only requirement to get a seat in any IIT is by qualifying in JEE Advanced. The admission portal is good enough.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I have an interest in Robotics and Electronics. The faculty-student ratio is about 1:10. The faculties are highly qualified and most of them pursue doctorates in their field. The term exams are conducted about once a month. And the difficulty is moderate.

Class Size : 40Course Fees : INR 272000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The college offers stipends to students if they participate as teaching assistants. And the option is only for fourth-year BTech students. Some scholarships are provided by colleges collaborating with other organizations. Even education loan odds are provided.

Campus Life :

Cultrang is the cultural fest, and Cepheus is the technical fest. Cultrang is the biggest event or fest of IIT Goa. Many celebrities come to perform in it. Many sports are free to play in IIT Goa. There are not much competition. Many clubs are a part of IIT Goa, they have their own Instagram handles. Some clubs are Meraki, Orion, Panache, etc.

A brief review of IIT goa

Course Curriculum Overview:

At IIT Goa, faculty to student ratio is 1:8 such that we are easily exposed to faculty in such a way that it is easy to learn new things. Here most of the professors are young so they can work on our ideas quickly. Here, we don't have a problem with language while talking with professors. Usually, professors are comfortable speaking with us.

Some information about IIT GOA

Course Curriculum Overview:

My course is Btech CSE, it's my first year and till now everything is going good and nice in academics.there is 1:10 faculty student ratio in IITGOA.Teachers are very greatly graduated and it feels like a privilege to study from them. Mid sem exams were a little bit tough.

A Brief review of IIT Goa

Course Curriculum Overview:

The reason I chose Mathematics and Computing over other branches is that you will get exposure in CSE courses as well as in Analytical thinking. And the other reason that everyone knows is PACKAGES. The faculties here are too experienced in that they know what doubt can come to student's minds so they teach in that way so that maximum doubts are cleared. If you study seriously for 1-2 hrs a day then you will get very good marks, students find it difficult because there are so many extracurricular activities that students can't concentrate on their studies.

All about IIT GOA

Placement Experience:

At the end of the 8th sem students are eligible for campus placements and before that i.e. from the 7th semester college offers students for research purposes and companies come in for internships. As it is a 3rd gen IIT only leaving some very reputed companies like Apple, Google, Amazon etc others all have recruited so or the other from our college. Here the highest international package offered was1.12cpa which was off-campus placement and domestic 60lpa and the average package here at my branch (CSE) is 22lpa (according to the year 2022). There percentage here of students getting offered is 100% of Cse and around 99.2% including all 4 branches. After degree, my main goal is to find a job in a top company and not with a high salary because as time passes I will learn a lot more in a top company eater the one offers the highest package (my main goal is on the job)

I was interested in electrical engineering. Faculty to faculty-to-faculty-to-student ratio is around 1:5.Professors are highly qualified. Teachers have proper plans. two exams are being conducted per semester. The papers are of good level.

Inside IIT GOA: A student's perspective

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placement in the 4th year there are campus internships in the 7th semester these 6-month internships are compulsory with a stipend of approx 55,000. All MNCs like google, amazon, Paytm, etc offered jobs in campus placement drive. highest package is 1.16cr and average package is 24lpa to 16lpa, about 100% student get placed .

Placement Experience:

The college provides the placement with a very high package. If you want to study more then college helps a lot to you. Around 98% of students get a place with a very good package. My plan after Btech is to study Mtech.
