Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is divided into 6 semesters. The courses are Operations Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, Finance, and IT & Business Analytics. The faculty members are good and most are from well-reputed colleges with great industrial experience. Some are extremely knowledgeable, some are strict, and some teach through fun activities. A lot of case study discussions will take place during the course as well as practical exposure through industrial visits and live projects. Exam timelines are tight, whereas exam patterns are mostly application-based, which makes us inculcate time management skills and the application of theoretical knowledge as well.

Campus Life :
On a personal level, I have learned so much because of the bounded schedules and also participated in various extracurricular activities or club events. There are many clubs such as XOps- Operations club, HRuday- HR club, Markxime- Marketing club, Initiative- finance club, and many more clubs which keeps you engaged and active in various works. Overall, XIME offers you plenty of opportunities, but it is up to us to make the most utilization of it.
Hostel Facilities :
The Hostel in Kochi is very nice: neat and hygienic. It's 2 students per room facilities provided with the WIFI and housekeeping once a week. There is a common gym within the girl's hostel and the other one is on the main campus. It's a residential campus even the localities need to be in the hostel. When it comes to messy food, it's good. There are Non-Veg and Veg options available, and there is a student-driven mess committee that is in-charge of mess food which helps us to poll our requirements regarding changes in the menu if needed.
Interview Experience :
Yes, for me, first it was a written test on the topic of " Is India ready for the cashless transactions?". Mostly it will be general topics from current affairs, then the second round was a group discussion on the same topic, which went well. then final round was a Personal interview which was basically on your past acquired knowledge from your graduation and also based on your job experience if you have any.
