According to the eligibility criteria, the minimum marks for the qualifying degree should not be less than the aggregate of 55% marks for all unreserved category candidates. For OBC-NCL there is a 10% marks relaxation and for SC/ST/PWD candidates, the minimum pass mark is required. Also, there is no age limit to apply for this course. Looking at your profile and your graduation score of 49.9% does not seem very promising as it does not align with the required criteria.
