You must know that the courses offered at RGUKT are of a duration of 6 years. It is called PUC (Pre-University Courses consists of 2 years and B.Tech of 4 years. RGUKT offers only B.Tech courses in 6 Engineering disciplines/branches.

The college life of students at RGUKT can be divided under the following headings:

• 1st year - Branches are allotted immediately in the first year without having common subjects for different branches. According to some students, there are no difficult subjects or hectic laboratory assignments and examinations, etc. You will be required to study subjects related to your branch.
• 2nd and 3rd year - The main subjects are taught only for the first 2 years while the last 2 years are entirely for internships, projects, etc. No other University in India offers this opportunity to finish all the subjects required for the course in the first 2 years of engineering itself instead of 4 years.

Faculty Members - All the faculty members in RGUKT have educational qualifications from reputed universities in the country. Placements - The recruitments done by some of the major recruiters in India are listed down below:

• Wipro:- 375+ students were selected(From Branches ECE, CSE, MECHANICAL) out of 1000 students that had appeared for the written test. After a couple of rounds of the recruitment process, only 10 students got placed at Wipro.
• RAMKY:- Over 30 students enrolled in civil engineering got selected for long-term internship roles in the company. Some of them were also provided with PPO by the company.

Many students were also able to apply for long-term internships and left the campus for the same.
